Webinar AssistantsRole Overview:

As a Webinar Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our online events run smoothly. You’ll assist with the technical aspects of setting up webinars, managing attendee interactions, and troubleshooting any issues that arise during the event.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in setting up webinar platforms (Zoom, Webex, etc.).
• Monitor chat, Q&A, and polls during the webinar, ensuring smooth participant interaction.
• Troubleshoot technical issues for both the host and participants during the webinar.
• Provide pre-webinar support such as setting up practice runs and testing audio/video.
• Help with recording the webinar and managing post-event tasks, including sending follow-up emails and materials to attendees.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of Zoom, Webex, or similar webinar platforms.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfortable interacting with participants and troubleshooting technical problems.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Time Commitment:

• 3-5 hours per webinar (including prep time and post-webinar follow-up).
• Flexible scheduling, based on webinar dates.

Limitations:
Due to current background screening and security protocols, we can only accept volunteer applicants from North America, South America, and the European Union. We are working to expand these capabilities and appreciate your understanding.
