I'RAISE Girls & Boys International Corporation is a heartfelt haven founded in 2012 by the visionary Chief Executive Officer, Shanequa Moore. Role:
Digital Trendsetter: Create and deliver engaging lesson plans that dive into the world of social media influencing. Teach students how to create captivating content, engage with their audience, and master platform strategies across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Twitter.
Content Creator Coach: Lead dynamic sessions where students learn to craft eye-catching posts, videos, and stories. Help them develop skills to become social media stars with hands-on activities and real-time feedback.
Social Media Guru: Share the secrets of social media trends, analytics, branding, and maintaining an authentic online presence. Equip students with the knowledge to shine in the digital spotlight.
Creative Space: Build a positive, inclusive classroom where students are excited to express their creativity, share their content, and support one another. Celebrate their unique voices and digital creations!
Progress Partner: Track student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them enhance their content quality, engagement strategies, and grasp of social media best practices.
Brand Builder: Guide students in developing their personal brand, setting up a content calendar, and managing their social media profiles like pros. Prepare them for their digital debut!
Parent Connector: Keep parents or guardians in the loop about their child’s progress, class activities, and tips for supporting their social media journey at home. Build a community around their digital growth.
Team Player: Collaborate with other teachers and staff to integrate social media projects into broader educational experiences. Help students develop a well-rounded set of digital skills.
Organizational Whiz: Maintain accurate records of student attendance, assignments, and assessments, ensuring a smooth and effective learning experience.
Qualifications:
Social Media Savvy: Experience in social media influencing or digital marketing, with a solid understanding of content creation, audience engagement, and platform algorithms. Your expertise will guide students on their path to digital fame!
Education Experience: Experience working with students or in an educational setting is a plus. Your ability to connect with young learners will enhance their social media skills.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with social media platforms, tools, and analytics. Be the go-to person for all things social media!
Teaching Passion: A love for teaching and a drive to inspire students to explore and excel in social media. Your enthusiasm will fuel their digital creativity.
Creative Flair: Design engaging content and projects that reflect the latest social media trends. Make learning about social media exciting and relevant!
Supportive Mentor: Patience, empathy, and the ability to create a motivating and encouraging learning environment. Help students feel confident in their digital adventures.

About I’RAISE: I'RAISE Girls & Boys International Corporation, founded in the heart of the North Bronx in 2012, began as a mentoring program for at-risk female youth living in New York City Authority Housing. Under the visionary leadership of CEO Shanequa Moore, the organization quickly expanded its reach and impact. Shanequa, a Bronx native who overcame poverty and significant life challenges, was inspired to give back to her community, creating a resilient organization dedicated to supporting vulnerable children and youth.
