This offsite opportunity to prepare sack lunches provides an ideal solution for volunteer groups with limited flexibility or time constraints. It allows teams to contribute from their own location, offering convenience while still making a meaningful impact. This flexibility can accommodate different schedules, making it easier for corporate groups, schools, or community organizations to get involved without needing to coordinate travel or onsite participation. By working offsite, volunteers can still meet a critical need for food donations, helping to support those in need while balancing their other commitments.

  1. Sack lunches will be assembled off-site and delivered to the Recovery on Redwood facility.
  2. Sack lunches need to be dropped off within 48 hours from the time they are assembled.
  3. Date the sack lunches.
  4. Please include only shelf-stable items in the sack lunch.
  5. Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches are preferred.
  6. Fruit cups are always a nice treat.
  7. A bottle of water or a juice pouch is a welcomed item.
