Washington Nationals Salvadoran Heritage Night Pre-Game Support
Description: On Wednesday, September 25th , we will be partnering with La Casita Pupuseria as the benefitting organization in honor of the Washington Nationals Salvadoran Heritage Night! We will have pre-game festivities at the Bullpen where we are looking for volunteers to join to support the event as well as sharing information with the community about the services and support we provide organizationally.
Responsible to: Our Volunteer Manager, Connor Paul and La Casita team
# of Volunteers Requesting: We are looking for at least 3 volunteers to assist. The specific shift requirements and capacity still available is noted in the sign ups below.
Shift description:
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with event setup as needed for the festivities
- Serving as an Ayuda representative at the pre-game festivities
- Connecting with passerby's to speak about the services we provide as an organization and passing out wallet-sized information cards
Qualifications:
- Volunteers joining will need to be personable, outgoing, and engaging with strong public speaking skills and an ability to connect with individuals from any background

Description
Ayuda is the only nonprofit organization in Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia that offers a full range of immigration and family law assistance, case management, therapy, and language support for low-income immigrants from anywhere in the world.
