Sign up by Nov. 3 to volunteer for Allina Health Courage Kenny's adaptive ski and snowboard programs.

Volunteers will receive instruction on adaptive equipment and techniques for teaching skiers/boarders with disabilities. Enjoy your winter on the slopes and give back to your community. 7-8 week commitment at the site of your choice. Training begins in Nov with 1 day of Dryland @ Hyland Hills and then 2 days of on the Hill in mid December. Program runs 2nd week of January to 1st week in March. We take Presidents Day weekend off.

Locations:

  • Afton Alps Saturday mornings
  • Hyland Hills Saturday mornings, Monday & Wednesday evenings
  • Trollhaugen Sunday afternoons
  • Welch Village Sunday mornings
