Position Title: Volunteer SEO & SEM Expert
Location: Remote
Time Commitment: Flexible, minimum commitment 6 months
Description:
We are looking for a skilled Volunteer SEO & SEM Expert to help optimize our site with specific nonprofit, philanthropic/charity, and donation keywords across our WordPress website for our upcoming fundraising campaign. The ideal candidate MUST have excellent experience working in Search Engine Optimization and understand the algorithms of search engines. Preferably, a certified Google AdGrant & Google Ads Specialist. As a volunteer, you will enjoy the flexibility to set your own schedule and work at a comfortable pace.
Responsibilities:
Complete a comprehensive SEO assessment of the website
Collaborate with the team to a list of competitive keywords, goals, and plan
Update for existing Google Ad and SEM account setup (keywords, Ads, PPC, etc.)
Ensure extensive content syndications, favorable to Google
Help write or edit 100% unique and viral articles on high trust flow domains
Help get powerful ranking network covering various niches
Improve rankings, even for competitive keywords
Ensure all setups and changes are Panda, Penguin, and Hummingbird Compliant
Update/Setup Google Adwords SEMs, and On-Page and Off-Page SEOs
Provide detailed reports on progress and suggested changes to be made
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting as needed
Requirements:
Must have full understanding and provable experience with Google Ad Manager
More than 5 years experience working with Google Ads for Nonprofit, Facebook Ads, PPC Campaign Management, and Conversion Tracking
Extensive experience with Google Adwords SEMs, On-Page and Off-Page SEO
Ability to develop and implement ads campaign strategies for success

Description
Conviction created YesLiberia. Daily the needs of underprivileged are ignored. We ignore their struggles because it’s easier to deal with the more important things in our lives-- like climbing the corporate ladder and saving money so we don’t become indigent. And some of us ignore their challenges because they bring back unpleasant memories we seek to repress. But disregarding the plight of the underprivileged yields no resolution. Then certain things happen to remind us their struggles exist no matter how hard we try to pretend our needs surpass theirs.
Jallah was convicted by several of those things over a short period of time. The prostitution of children in Thailand reminded him of Liberia. The rape and war in Congo reminded him of Liberia. The genocide in Rwanda reminded him of Liberia. He remembered his underprivileged past--a past where he was seen as less than elite based on his tribal and economic status and where his education came as a gift from the United Methodist Church.
Reminded, he became convicted to act and YesLiberia was founded to educate and help underprivileged Liberians whose plight he intimately understood.
YesLiberia is a 501c3 charity organization recognized by the Internal Revenue Service since July 2009. All donations are tax-deductible to the full extent allowable by law. YesLiberia is also registered at four government agencies in Liberia.
