Role: Blood Donor Ambassador
Location: Washington County, Utah
Commitment: Flexible hours weekday hours

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet blood donors, ensuring a positive donation experience.
• Provide information and answer questions about the donation process.
• Assist with donor registration and manage the flow of donors.
• Monitor donors for any adverse reactions and provide support as needed.
• Help maintain a clean and organized donation site.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, approachable, and empathetic demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to the mission of the American Red Cross.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
