A 69-year-old woman with ALS and her husband would love a volunteer to help them around the house with meal prep (top priority) or laundry. She is able to walk and talk, so can help with instructions, but has limited use of her arms and hands. It would be very helpful to have items prepared that she and her spouse can reheat later.
Their schedule is quite flexible: any day of the week works but Sunday. Time of day can also be flexible, mornings after 9 am or afternoons. They would ideally like someone who can visit weekly for 3-4 hours.
