Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the planning and execution of all online marketing efforts. You will develop and implement strategies across various channels, including SEO, email marketing, PPC, and content marketing, to drive growth and engagement. Additionally, you will analyze data, optimize campaigns, and ensure that all marketing efforts align with the organization’s goals. You will collaborate closely with other departments to integrate marketing strategies across the organization. Staying updated on digital trends, you will continuously innovate and enhance our marketing efforts. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about digital marketing and eager to contribute to a mission-driven initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and growth.
  • Oversee SEO efforts, ensuring the organization’s website and content are optimized for search engines.
  • Plan and manage PPC campaigns, including Google Ads, to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
  • Design and implement email marketing campaigns that engage our audience and drive action.
  • Develop content marketing strategies that align with our mission and resonate with our target audience.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics across all digital channels, providing actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that digital marketing strategies are integrated and support the organization’s broader goals.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously innovate and enhance our strategies.
  • Provide regular reports to leadership on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure all digital marketing efforts are aligned with the organization’s goals and contribute to the broader mission.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns across various channels.
  • Expertise in SEO, PPC, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, and email marketing software.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and optimizations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • A creative and strategic thinker who is passionate about digital marketing and making a positive impact.
  • Familiarity with the nonprofit sector and a passion for children’s literacy, education, and making a difference.
