We are looking for a compassionate, dedicated volunteer who would be willing to make "tuck-in calls" to our patients and their caregivers. Tuck-in calls are made to ensure that patients have all the medical supplies needed for the coming weekend. Calls are made Thursday mornings from our Londonderry NH office and take approximately 2 hours.

Description
Hospice Volunteers are an integral part of the Interdisciplinary team consisting of a medical director, nurses, therapists, social workers, chaplains and home health aides. Volunteer roles consist of direct patient visits at home, reading, music, pet therapy, reiki, veteran recognition, and other administrative duties. Hospice volunteers find their work emotionally meaningful and gratifying. The volunteer opportunity is extremely flexible based on the volunteers' location and schedule; volunteers are valued members of our hospice care team.
