Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our organization, ensuring that all teams and employees are performing their duties effectively. You will manage resources, implement processes, and coordinate across departments to ensure our initiatives run smoothly and meet our goals. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a passion for operational excellence in a mission-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and ensure that all teams are functioning efficiently and effectively.
• Manage resources, including budgeting, scheduling, and workflow, to optimize organizational performance.
• Implement and improve processes and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with department heads and team leaders to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Monitor and manage the progress of various projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across all departments, acting as the central point of contact for operational matters.
• Identify and address operational challenges, implementing solutions to overcome obstacles.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
• Provide regular reports to leadership on operational performance, challenges, and areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on best practices in operations management and integrate them into our processes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in operations management or a related field.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple teams and projects.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to implement effective solutions.
• Experience with resource management, including budgeting, scheduling, and workflow optimization.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across departments.
• Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities autonomously.
• Passion for children’s literacy, education, and making a positive impact.
