Greetings!

Looking to serve your community but have limited time? Volunteer from home on your schedule! We are kicking off this years Holiday Gift Program and looking for help from the community to ensure each holiday gift is delivered in a decorated paper bag (grocery store size) and includes either a handwritten holiday card or hand-made ornament! Our goal is to give 900 seniors a gift this year so we need plenty of help. This is the perfect excuse for a get together with a group activity or if you have a student looking for some volunteer hours for school or a small family activity. The instructions are simple:

1. Start with a grocery size paper bag.
2. Decorate the bag. The theme is the holidays/ winter ( we ask that the decorations be non denominationsal since we do have a diverse community). You are encouraged to aslo make cards and or ornaments.
3. Turn in the bags to any of our 24 senior centers ( please let us know the date/ time/ location of the drop off so we know to be on the look out for them).
