Description: YesLiberia is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as Grant Writing Associate. This volunteer role is essential in assisting the grant writing team with various tasks to ensure the successful submission of grant applications. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a willingness to learn, and a passion for supporting non-profit funding efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the grant writing team in gathering and organizing program information and data.

• Conduct preliminary research to identify relevant grant opportunities and funding sources.

• Support the development of grant narratives, budgets, and supplementary materials.

• Review grant applications for adherence to formatting and submission guidelines.

• Provide administrative support, such as compiling and submitting grant packages.

• Collaborate with program staff to obtain necessary information and documentation.

• Demonstrate a willingness to learn and develop grant writing skills.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and research skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Attention to detail and adherence to formatting guidelines.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with online research tools.

• Experience in grant writing, research, or a related field preferred.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proactive and self-motivated.
