ORGANIZATION: The Steven Spectrum Career Project

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of new programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and community needs.
  • Conduct thorough research to identify and secure strategic partnerships that enhance program offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop program strategies and objectives.
  • Report regularly to the Director of Operations on program progress, challenges, and milestones.
  • Create and manage detailed timelines for program development, launch, and outreach efforts, ensuring timely delivery and effective execution.
  • Oversee the continuous evaluation and improvement of programs, incorporating feedback and data-driven insights.
  • Manage program budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with financial goals.
  • Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to ensure resources are effectively utilized for program success.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of community engagement practices or strategic partnership development.
  • Proven project management skills with experience in program development and execution.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Experience in product management or related fields is a plus.
