Position Title: Director of Operations

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and strategic objectives.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with team leads to assess project timelines and deliverables.
  • Facilitate biweekly team meetings, including the development of cohesive agendas that foster collaboration.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new volunteers, ensuring a smooth integration into the team.
  • Lead strategic team-building initiatives, including the identification of volunteer roles and the optimization of team structure.
  • Maintain and manage the team calendar to ensure alignment with organizational priorities.
  • Oversee the organization of Google Workspace, including the management of Google Chat and Spaces, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Management and integration of varying volunteer schedules

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace or a demonstrated ability to learn quickly.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proven project management experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, particularly in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with startup culture and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving setting.
