The HR Team Member will be responsible for meeting hiring goals by filling open volunteer positions with talented and qualified candidates. This entails sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating the interview process, all while ensuring candidates have a pleasant experience.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Writing/ Updating job postings and job descriptions
Attracting and screening candidates for volunteer work
Scheduling and Conducting interviews
Updating recruitment database
Taking ownership of candidate experience by managing it
Following the Foundation’s recruitment process and standards
Qualifications:
At minimum a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or relevant fields.
Previous experience as a recruiter.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
