Job Title: Administrative and Secretarial Volunteer

Location: Remote

Hours: Approximately 4 hours per month or less

Volunteer Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative and Secretarial Volunteer to assist with maintaining records, data collection, and the creation of our monthly newsletter. This role is essential to ensure our organization runs smoothly and effectively communicates with our community.

Key Responsibilities:
- Record Maintenance: Update and manage organizational records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Data Collection: Assist in gathering, organizing, and analyzing data as required for reports and internal use.
- Newsletter Creation:Compile content, design layout, and produce a monthly newsletter to update stakeholders on organizational activities and events.
-Administrative Support:Provide general administrative support as needed, including scheduling meetings, drafting correspondence, and managing documentation.

Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Experience with newsletter creation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience in administrative or secretarial roles.
- Basic graphic design skills or familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva).
- Experience in nonprofit organizations is a plus.
