We are looking for a dedicated Volunteer Neurodivergent Mentor to guide and support neurodivergent individuals seeking employment and throughout their job placement. The mentor will assist with job search strategies, interview preparation, and onboarding processes. Once employment is secured, the mentor will provide ongoing support to help the individual navigate workplace challenges, develop essential skills, and build confidence in their role. The ideal candidate will have experience working with neurodivergent populations, strong communication and empathy skills, and a passion for empowering others. Join us in fostering a supportive environment for neurodivergent individuals to thrive in their careers.
