Event Overview: American Red Cross volunteers, fire departments, and partners will be going door-to-door installing hundreds of FREE smoke alarms in Missoula, Montana on October 19th. Swift action during a home fire can be life-saving, and it all starts with early detection through smoke alarms and practiced escape plans.

This one-day event is open to all members of the community and is a fantastic opportunity to give back as an individual, couple, family, group, or corporate team. Alongside an experienced Red Cross lead, event volunteers will work in teams to provide support in various roles including fire prevention educator, fire alarm installer, and documenter. No experience is required - all training will be provided.

Date: Saturday, October 19th, 2024
Time: 9am - 4pm (Free lunch will be provided to volunteers)
Location: Missoula, Montana
