Do you enjoy helping others?
We are seeking compassionate volunteers to assist our residents who use wheelchairs in attending religious services at our on-site chapel.
What You'll Do:
- Assist residents who use wheelchairs as they go to and from the chapel before and after services.
- Help residents who need assistance with their bulletins or hearing devices during worship services.
- Be available to assist residents who may need to return to their rooms during services.
This is a wonderful opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents by providing them with the opportunity to participate in religious services and feel connected to their faith.

Schedule:
Shifts available Sundays 10am-11:30am and Wednesdays 3pm-4:30pm

Lyngblomsten provides compassionate care to older adults through residential and community services. Volunteers of all ages are welcomed to explore over 100 unique and varied opportunities. While short-term options may be available periodically, we encourage longer-term commitments given the exceptional level of orientation, training and on-going education Lyngblomsten provides in support of its volunteers.
