- A creative thinker with a deep commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and a proven track record of leading diverse, high-performing teams.

- An innovator with a background in skunkworks or similar environments, adept at developing and launching products that disrupt the status quo.

- An advocate with a passion for criminal justice reform, and the ability to build meaningful connections with key players in the field.

Why This Role is Different:

- A Once-in-a-Lifetime Opportunity: Work directly inside San Quentin with a team of incarcerated innovators, challenging your perspective and expanding your impact.

- Be Part of a Bold Movement: Collaborate with a forward-thinking team dedicated to creating systemic change in the criminal justice system.

- Grow and Learn: Enhance your leadership, project management, and advocacy skills while contributing to groundbreaking initiatives.

- Flexibility: We offer flexible volunteer hours that fit your schedule.
