The Pet Resource Center of Kansas City (PRCKC) is looking for people with excellent organizational skills, and/or a background in nursing or other medical work, to join our Surgical Support Prep team!

PRCKC does a lot of important veterinary work through our Urgent Care, Dental Clinic, and high-volume Spay/Neuter Clinic. We are able to complete up to 80 spay/neuter surgeries a day! Our veterinary team has a high need for skilled volunteers to help clean, sanitize, organize and prepare surgical instruments.

If you have a strong attention to detail, and the abaility to work efficiently and independently, our vet team would love to meet you. A background in nursing or other medical background is a plus!

Pet Resource Center of Kansas City is a 501c3 non-profit organization formed in 2002. We're the only targeted spay neuter program in the Greater Kansas City area, working to help all families in need regardless of financial means. Our unique approach provides exceptional customer service and high standards of care through commitment to our core values.

We educate and assist families to improve their pet's quality of life, increase the animal-human-bond and make long term positive impacts in our community and animal welfare.

We pride ourselves in acknowledging our diverse community with a non-judgmental and compassionate approach. Our programs target families who need assistance with education, wellness, and resources to help their pets live a long, healthy and happy life.
