We have a need for a volunteer who is willing to drive from our Durham Warehouse location which is located at 2436 S. Miami Blvd, Suite 200-9, Durham, NC 27703.

We are looking for weekday drivers during the school year (traditional calendar). Please check out the full details here

Highlights are:

  • Anyone driving needs to be certified to drive. To do that a simple Background check sent by Sterling Volunteer will need to be completed and passed.
  • Comfortable driving a large vehicle and lifting boxes that weigh up to 35 pounds.
  • Always have a friend come and help, the friend just needs to be able to be someone who can pass a school background check to visit the Elementary schools that we serve.

We have served the seven counties of central NC for over 32 years and are a member of the Feeding America network of 200 food banks across the nation.
