Program Summary : Our Program Evaluation team at 2Life Communities is searching for a volunteer to assist with data collection and entry for an important resident satisfaction survey. We are looking for a volunteer who feels confident working independently and using "Google Sheets" spreadsheets and "Survey Monkey".

Location(s): Work can be done remote/virtually as well as completed at the Brighton Campus, 30 Wallingford Rd, Brighton, MA 02135

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with program evaluation team for an orientation to the survey project
  • Sort through completed surveys
  • Enter survey information into spreadsheets or digital survey as directed
  • Assist with interpreting results of the survey
  • Providing regular updates to program eval team

Impact Goal:

  • The volunteer will support an important resident satisfaction project, ultimately supporting our mission of resident-centric work.

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with google sheets/ excel
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and self-directed
  • Experience with data entry preferred but not required
  • Bilingual in Mandarin, Cantonese, or Russian preferred but not required

Schedule/Time Commitment: 2-3 hours per week, hours are flexible. This role is a temporary need during the months of May to August.

Benefits: Obtain experience with data entry, program evaluation, and survey collection. Participate in a meaningful project to address resident needs/interests.
