Description: Are you passionate about human resources and looking to make a difference through volunteering? YesLiberia is seeking a dedicated HR Associate Volunteer to support our team remotely. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute your skills and expertise to help us create a positive impact in the lives of children in Liberia. If you have a background in HR or related fields and a desire to give back, we invite you to join us!

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support HR administrative tasks, including maintaining volunteer records, updating HR databases, and organizing files.
• Assist in drafting HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Help coordinate training and development programs for volunteers, providing logistical support and tracking participation.
• Collaborate with team members on HR projects and initiatives to enhance the volunteer experience.
• Report to HR Lead on a weekly basis

Requirements:

• Previous experience or coursework in HR is preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
• Passion for YesLiberia’s mission and commitment to making a difference through volunteering.
