The Administrative Assistant will provide support to the organization by performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. This role will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day operations, handling correspondence, scheduling appointments and maintaining records. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, be detail-oriented and able to work well under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the organization, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing calendars.
Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
Maintain records, including filing and retrieving documents as necessary.
Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents.
Handle travel arrangements for staff.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure that the organization runs smoothly.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
1-2 years of administrative experience
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
