You will oversee the entire recruitment cycle to facilitate a positive and seamless experience for volunteers, and ensure that volunteers are equipped with the necessary knowledge and resources to contribute effectively. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding processes including e-learnings, other various training and procedures for volunteers. Collaborate with department heads to identify volunteer training needs, and lead development of role-specific training materials. Manage a team of Volunteer Coordinators, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure effective execution of recruitment activities. Facilitate orientation and training sessions for new volunteers, providing information about the organization, and ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills. Monitor the progress of new volunteers during the onboarding period, and provide support and guidance as needed to address any challenges or concerns. Serve as the primary point of contact for volunteers throughout the recruitment process, answering questions, providing assistance, and fostering a positive volunteer experience.
