Prescott National Forest is looking for an energetic, hardworking, fun-loving couple to serve as volunteer hosts at Mingus Mountain Campground and adjacent sites. Location is part of the Verde Ranger District near the town of Jerome, Arizona. Previous host experience is helpful but not required.
Seeking people who love being good stewards of the land, have excellent customer service skills, friendly and patient personalities, ability to perform daily campsite and restroom cleaning, light maintenance, and tracking reservations where applicable. Volunteer hosts must own their own accommodation (RV/Camper/Motorhome) to live on site; tents are not permitted. A host campsite with sewer and potable water is provided at no cost to the volunteers. The host site does not have electricity. When applying to these positions please provide at least 3 professional references (e.g., supervisors, coworkers, business contacts, others who know your work ethics and skills).
NOTES:

- Pets permitted with proper vaccination documents, and rules apply.
- Hosts duties are about 30 hours per week.
