As a volunteer Visual Storyteller, you'll play a crucial role in showcasing the incredible work of the Red Cross through captivating photos and videos. Here's what you'll be doing:
Collaborate with our communications leadership to find innovative ways to visually narrate the Red Cross story.
Capture compelling photos and videos at events, trainings, and during both disaster and non-disaster periods, adhering to Red Cross brand standards.
Share your creations online, including social media platforms, to engage and inspire our community.
Work alongside our social media team to amplify the reach of your content and spread our message far and wide.
Treat everyone you encounter with the utmost respect and professionalism, ensuring all necessary permissions are obtained for your visuals.
Time Commitment: Typically less than10 hours per month, with flexibility based on projects and local disaster responses. During disasters, this commitment may increase to 4-8 hours per day.
