The Role
As a Volunteer Grant Researcher and Writer, you play a pivotal role in fueling our mission. Your expertise in identifying grant opportunities and crafting compelling grant proposals will directly contribute to the expansion of career opportunities for the neurodiverse community. Your work will not only secure the necessary funding but also spread awareness of our cause, touching hearts and opening doors for those we serve.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential grant opportunities that align with our mission.
- Write and edit grant proposals, ensuring they are compelling, persuasive, and in alignment with each grantor's requirements.
- Collaborate with our team to gather necessary information and insights for each proposal.
- Monitor and meet grant application deadlines, maintaining an organized schedule.
- Provide regular updates to our team on grant research findings and application statuses.

**Qualifications**:
- Passion for the mission of The Steven Spectrum Career Project.
- Excellent research and writing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in grant writing or a strong willingness to learn.
- Commitment to making a difference in the lives of the neurodiverse community.
