The Nat Garden Corps is a joint volunteer effort Between Forever Balboa Park and the San Diego Natural History Museum. Have you seen the interpretive gardens around the Natural History Museum? Do you want to spend more time in then helping other enjoy and learn? The NAT Garden Corps is the volunteer position for you! The interpetive garden provides wonderful interpretive opportunities to explore Native Plants to Balboa Park visitors. We need volunteers to run those interpretive programs and volunteers to maintain the garden. As a member of the Nat Garden Corps, you will be trained on both the interpretive and gardening skills. Our training starts this February, so apply today to be a part of this wonderful group of volunteers.

We bring the skills, experience, knowledge and leadership of our expert staff, diverse board of trustees and professional network to build community and deepen impact. We use our voice, influence and connections with park stakeholders, government officials, and community and business leaders to advocate for the best version of Balboa Park possible. We provide staff, volunteers, materials, data, funding and other critical resources to serve priority park initiatives.
