Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Hospice Administrative Volunteers. In this role, you will provide invaluable support in various administrative tasks to help us deliver compassionate care to our patients and their families. This volunteer opportunity can be completed at home, anywhere in the USA, or in our office.

Responsibilities:
1. Filing: Organize and maintain patient records and documents in an efficient and confidential manner.
2. Phone Calls: Assist with placing phone calls, directing inquiries, and providing a comforting and empathetic presence to callers.
3. Bereavement Support: Offer emotional support and assistance to bereaved families through phone calls, mailings, and follow-up communications.
4. Mailings: Prepare and distribute mailings related to hospice services, including newsletters, informational materials, and sympathy cards.

Qualifications:
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect the sensitive nature of hospice work.
- Reliable and punctual.

Time Commitment:
Flexible hours, with a commitment to volunteer for a specified number of hours per week or month, as agreed upon.

Training:
Volunteers will receive training and ongoing support to ensure they are well-prepared for their role.
