We're looking for a Human Resources Professional to join our growing team!

What you'll do:

• Attracting, interviewing, and hiring new employees and working with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and find the right candidates for open positions
• Maintaining positive employee relations by addressing workplace issues, conflicts, and concerns
• May mediate disputes and work to create a healthy and inclusive work environment
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, fostering career growth and improving performance
• Design and oversee performance appraisal processes to evaluate and provide feedback to employees regarding their job performance
• Establish and enforce HR policies and procedures that govern various aspects of employment, such as attendance, leave, and code of conduct
• Develop strategies for talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning to ensure the organization has the right people in key roles
• Promote diversity and inclusion within the organization by implementing programs and initiatives that encourage a diverse and equitable workplace
• Participate in strategic planning processes, aligning HR practices with the organization's overall goals and objectives

What we're looking for:

• 1+ years of experience in human resources, recruiting, or administrative assistant related fields
• Experience or coursework in maintaining HR records and databases preferred
• Knowledge of the recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview scheduling
• Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with colleagues across departments
• A strong passion for using your HR superpowers for a good cause
• Possession of excellent time management skills
