Volunteer Human Resources Coordinator

Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Selection: Manage the full cycle of the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screenings, interviews, and hiring decisions.
  • Training and Development: Identify and assess training needs within the company, design and implement training programs, and evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Performance Management: Implement and manage performance review procedures, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
  • Employee Relations: Manage workplace conflicts and ensure a positive work environment. Promote and enact policies related to work relationships, equal opportunity, and workplace ethics.
  • Policy Development and Documentation: Create, revise, and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Legal Compliance: Ensure the company’s compliance with all current employment legislation and regulations.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Develop and execute diversity and inclusion strategies.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. An advanced degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus.
  • Relevant Experience in Human Resources or related fields.
  • Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development, etc.)
  • Knowledge of labor laws and employment legislation.
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to be involved in a volunteer assignment.

By aggregating multi-dimensional data and using highly advanced techniques, we will give individuals and organizations a complete risk assessment tool and empower them to make informed decisions about their activities.

Our tools will be widely available via our freemium business model; corporate users (and advance users) will pay for advanced features. We rely on partnerships to obtain relevant data and will prioritize our solution on high risk use-cases. Our Pandemonium model will also prepare humanity for future pandemics.
