The remote call center representative is in charge of giving customers top-notch support via chat, email, and phone. The Representative will be in charge of providing accurate and timely information, responding to client enquiries, and resolving customer problems. The Representative will also be in charge of keeping track of consumer information and giving management feedback. Responsibilities: * Provide prompt and expert responses to client inquiries received via chat, email, and phone. * Resolve consumer complaints promptly and effectively. * Give customers accurate and timely information * Keep track of consumer information and give management comments * Contact customers again to check on their satisfaction * Track consumer comments and give management feedback. * Retain a cheerful disposition and an air of authority. * Follow all corporate rules and regulations. * Additional tasks as needed Qualifications: * High school graduation or its equivalent * Prior experience providing client service * Strong interpersonal and communication abilities * The capacity to prioritize and multitask * Capacity to function both individually and in a group Work Schedule This job has the following work schedule: * Flexible Benefits & Perks This job has the following benefits: * Remote work flexibility

CDF is a 501c3 certified non-profit organization
Our mission is to provide access to resources, education and training for energy efficient and clean energy opportunities in underserved communities.
By providing home remodeling, clean energy and technology for families with limited resources we believe it will open doors to the green economy. We partnered with incentive providers such as municipalities, financial institutions businesses and contractors to expedite the electrification of all buildings with minimal cost as possible to the owner. Our programs give communities the opportunity to reduce energy bills, increase property values, bridge the digital divide and compete in an emerging economy.
Through our Green Collar Jobs initiative we are focused on developing talent in both technical and trades positions. Harnessing data and developing the latest tools in machine learning and AI, we are poised to fill the gaps in opportunities for access in the energy transition.
With the efforts of a few courageous individuals, together we can clear the path for many.
