Volunteer your time and provide compassionate care and companionship without leaving the house!
Capital City Hospice is looking for a weekly volunteer to help patients, families, and our staff by ensuring our patients have the necessary supplies and medications to get them through the weekend. The ideal volunteer will speak clearly and with a pleasant demeanor while engaging in focused, goal driven conversations with caregivers and/or patients. Calls should take place on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, & Thursdays and can be done at our office or at home.

Our hospices focus on improving the quality of life of all patients, allowing them to make the most of the time they have. The hospice benefit is designed for patients who have a life expectancy of approximately six months, and we work hard to provide exceptional physical, emotional, social and spiritual support to the patient, family and facilities involved form the beginning to the end of their hospice journey.

Queen, Capital, Miracle, and Day City Hospices are dedicated to providing patient-centered care and support to residents of the Greater Cincinnati, Greater Columbus, Greater Cleveland, and Greater Dayton areas in whatever place they call home.
