he Hat Creek Ranger District is looking for people with positive attitudes and helpful dispositions who want to be part of the Visitor Services team. Visitor Services operates the Front Desk and the Visitors Information Center on our district. The selected applicants will perform guided trails tours at our local recreation sites. Applicants will also assist with interpretive exhibits, informational displays, and Forest Service activities.
The Old Station Visitor Center would be your base location. The Visitor Center hours are normally Thursday - Monday.
Volunteers must be able to serve in a team environment, with strong verbal and written communication skills. The selected individuals will need to maintain a professional demeanor and appearance. Volunteers will receive on the job training.
