Become a companionship volunteer and make a real difference in someone's life!

Three Oaks Hospice is a leading care provider in the Southeast Texas area, and is looking for compassionate volunteers willing to donate their time to provide exceptional end-of-life care to local hospice patients and their families.

Three Oaks Hospice is looking for Companion Volunteers who will visit patients in local nursing facilities and/or in private homes. The Companion Volunteer will provide companionship for our patients which could include activities such as reading, playing cards/games, watching TV, or just simply sitting with the patient. Our companionship volunteers have such an important and priceless impact on patients and families.

Three Oaks Hospice provides volunteer training to prepare you for working with patients and families. There is no physical care involved for volunteers and the hours are very flexible. Hospice volunteering is a rewarding opportunity that can make an incredible difference in someone's life.
