About Philly Tech Sistas: Philly Tech Sistas is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping women of color pivot into the tech industry by providing technical skills training, leadership development, and creating a strong community of support. Our mission is to empower women through innovation, creativity, and learning, while fostering an inclusive and diverse tech workforce.

Our new Career Conversations webinar Series is designed to foster deep connections and insightful discussions. Through these webinars, we’ll dive into exploring different career opportunities in tech.

If you have a powerful message to share, we're looking for diverse women to tell their stories of how they got into tech.

Topics ranging from how to break into tech, using storytelling to brand yourself, negotiation, interviewing skills, LinkedIn profile, to career mapping, and much more are all welcome!

We want to hear from a diverse group of women from different sectors in tech, tech adjacent, and business to help us with our mission to empower more WOC with the skills and tools needed to thrive in their careers!

As a webinar presenter, you’ll:

• Create and deliver a presentation to a diverse group of women navigating their lives and careers in tech and business
• Answer questions from attendees
