Mission Statement
Philly Tech Sistas' goal is to diversify the tech industry by empowering women of color with the tech skills and leadership tools needed to thrive in Philadelphia's rich tech community.
Description
We are a non-profit organization aimed at helping women of color gain technical and professional skills in order to work, thrive, and move up in the tech industry. We do this by providing coding workshops and other professional development events that build leadership, confidence, and community.
