Impvoing care of the hospitalized older adults through Matters Most and Mobility.

Volunteers are key advocates and care partners for patients at risk of delirium and functional decline while hospitalized.

Develop a culture of mobility in the inpatient setting.

Volunteers help increase patient satisfaction.
