Are you a high school student who's passionate about making a difference for our planet? Are you tech-savvy or eager to dive into the world of web development? The Green Crew is looking for YOU!

The Green Crew is an award-winning nationally recognized youth-led science-based leadership development and conservation organization. Our website, GreenCrew.club, is the heartbeat of our communications, recruitment, and community building. We're on a mission to expand it into a dynamic member service platform. Can you help us make it even better?
As a Green Crew Webmaster, you'll have the opportunity to:
- Post new stories and pictures
- Polish old content
- Design new graphics
- Create a regular publishing calendar
- Gain incredible web development experience
Don't worry if you don't have experience with web design, WordPress, or Elementor - we're willing to work with beginners and provide training and support. You'll start with specific responsibilities and expand from there.
Time Commitment:
- Monthly leadership meeting (3 hours)
- Conservation work day (3 hours, on Sunday afternoons)
- Additional time on your own schedule
Join the Green Crew, and you'll be part of a vibrant community of like-minded youth, offering incredible leadership development opportunities, community service experiences, and the chance to contribute to a powerful cause. The Green Crew's mission is to lead the adventure of "saving the world." The Green Crew is a youth-inspired and youth-led environmental action organization. Our conservation service projects provide youth the hands-on experience in meaningful action to make the natural world healthier.
Description
Launching in January 2022, the Green Crew is a unique collaboration between the Izaak Walton League and the BSA venturing program. We sponsor 1 or 2 environmental adventures per month. These adventures have been designed, planned, and implemented by youth. Adults serve as consultants and advisors.
