Enjoy walking and chatting? Lend a hand (and a friendly conversation) to our residents who use wheelchairs by accompanying them to on-site appointments within our Care Center.
We are looking for volunteers to help residents who use wheelchairs get from their rooms to in-house medical appointments. No driving is required for this opportunity; everything takes place within our Care Center. Shifts are available weekday mornings from 9 am to 12 pm - dates vary each month.
Get your steps in while building connections with our amazing residents. You'll make a real difference in their lives, just by being there.

Description
Lyngblomsten provides compassionate care to older adults through residential and community services. Volunteers of all ages are welcomed to explore over 100 unique and varied opportunities. While short-term options may be available periodically, we encourage longer-term commitments given the exceptional level of orientation, training and on-going education Lyngblomsten provides in support of its volunteers.
