E.R.E. is a new nonprofit striving to improve educational equity. Marketing and storytelling are major aspects of our fundraising strategy. We have a robust Marketing Team of interns and a collaborative Fundraising Committee. We utilize effective software such as Canva, ContentStudio, and WordPress. Our goal is to share our mission and inspire people to get involved. We do this with regular social media posts, monthly newsletters, and special fundraising events. We are seeking a marketing professional to take our strategy to the next level!

We are looking for a second Marketing Team Manager who has experience with marketing and leadership to plan content, manage the interns, give specific feedback on drafts, and answer marketing questions as needed. This position requires 3-5 hours per week (with the busiest times being between the 1st-7th, the 17th-19th, and the 22nd - end of the month) starting ASAP and we are asking for a least a 6-month commitment.

We have a Marketing Team of 3 Interns (1 for Content Creation, 1 for Social Media, and 1 for Graphic Design) and one current Marketing Team Leader. The team uses Google Drive, GroupMe, Canva, and ContentStudio to discuss and create. Our Fundraising Committee members also collaborate on special projects, like our fundraisers and Giving Season strategy.

We are looking for a volunteer with experience in:
- Ideating detailed marketing plans on a monthly basis
- Differentiation of content across multiple platforms to appeal to diverse audiences
- Creation of lead magnets and compelling CTAs
- Storytelling in a compelling and inspirational way
- Utilization of various software for research, collaboration, and content creation and scheduling
