We have a robust grant writing program, with: Specific funding opportunities identified, organized, and ranked An organized online Grant folder, with documents, attachments, and responses to typical questions A team of Grant Writing Interns who undergo streamlined vetting, onboarding, and training processes A Board member and the Program Director who review and approve all applications before handing them to our... One volunteer Grant Reviewer (who has been helping our team since Nov 2022) who provide the final review and approval. We are looking for one more Grant Reviewer to join our team, helping to give the final stamp of approval on grant applications and LOIs so that the Grant Writing Interns can submit and document them. Our system is a well-oiled machine, so this volunteer is able to focus purely on reviewing and approving applications/LOIs written by our Interns. We ask for a commitment of 2-5 hours per week for at least 6 months.

About Us: Educate. Radiate. Elevate. is a nonprofit providing online tutoring to under-resourced students from grades 6 to 12 in Illinois and Texas. Our mission is to minimize disproportionate learning losses for low-income students of color, fostering economic, social, and emotional stability for the youth we serve, their families, and their communities. We use a Google Ads Grant to reach more students and families in need. The Opportunity: We need a Google Ads Grant Tracking Specialist to ensure our Google Ads Grant campaigns are accurately tracked. You'll set up and manage tracking to help us understand what's working and how to best use our grant funds. What You'll Do: Set up Google Ads Conversions: Implement and test tracking for key actions (like donations, sign-ups, or contact form submissions). Manage Google Tag Manager (GTM): Use GTM to deploy and manage Google Ads tags and conversion trackers. Ensure Data Accuracy: Troubleshoot any tracking issues and ensure our Google Ads data is reliable. Implement UTMs: Help apply UTM parameters for accurate campaign attribution. Support Our Team: Work with our marketing team to ensure our Google Ads Grant performance is measurable. What We're Looking For: Experience with Google Ads conversion tracking and Google Tag Manager.Ideally, within a Google Ads Grant account. Understanding of how website tracking works.
