Front desk help needed now!

Support people with disabilities by volunteering at The Arc of San Diego. Every day people with disabilities call or visit our center looking for programs that may change their lives and help them thrive.

You can be the cheerful face that greets our guests, clients, and staff as they arrive at our facilities or the friendly voice that connects people to the life-changing services we offer.

Your assistance will help us direct and orient our visitors and callers properly.

Front Desk Assistant responsibilities include

• Check-in visitors, staff, & clients
• Answer telephone and connect callers to the appropriate team member
• Performs filing, mailing, and other clerical duties as assigned
• other duties and projects as assigned

Assistance is needed 5 days/week from Monday to Friday from 2 pm to 4:30 pm But you can choose 2 or 3 days to help.

We are Located at The Sulpizio Family Center at 3030 Market Street in San Diego.

Training will be provided. This is an ongoing opportunity with a minimum commitment of 3 months or more.
