A Link Specialist volunteer helps to provide information and referral services to our CarePartners. Volunteers focus on advocacy as well as emotional and social support. Link Specialists also provide new CarePartners with an overview of TIHAN's services and assistance navigating social services in the HIV community and connections to resources, empower CarePartners by informing them of how to navigate social services in the HIV community, and connect them to the resources they need by making appropriate referrals. Volunteering one morning or afternoon shift each week will make a difference for our CarePartners. Microsoft Office proficiency is required. For more information, contact us at (520) 299-6647 ext 206, or VolunteerCoordinator@tihan.org. Please add VolunteerCoordinator@tihan.org to your contacts list so our responses won't go to your junk/spam folder.
