The Seacoast Squadron of New Hampshire Wing, Civil Air Patrol is looking for experienced people with logistics & supply management backgrounds to donate their time and expertise as a part of the all-volunteer Auxiliary of the United States Air Force.
Our logisticians manage the acquisition, inventory, storage, and disbursement of Civil Air Patrol-owned materials, including but not limited to cadet uniforms & insignia, electronic and communications equipment, trailers, and vehicles, used in the furtherance of the Civil Air Patrol missions. Effective use of available resources is a necessary task, and even doubly so in a resource-limited non-profit organization.
If you’re up for the task, CAP offers ordinary citizens unique training and service opportunities in your local community.
The Seacoast Squadron meets each Thursday at 6:30 p.m. at Pease ANGB, Bldg 252 (contact us for access). Visit our unit website at https://seacoast.cap.gov/.
Qualifications:
- A background in supply chain, logistics or inventory management (helpful, not required);
- Great people & communication skills;
- Age 21 or older;
- Able to pass a background check;
- Enthusiasm for community service.
We invite you to visit a weekly squadron meeting. You'll get a chance to meet some of our members who will discuss the organization, provide you with information and answer any questions you might have about the Civil Air Patrol. For more information about Civil Air Patrol & its missions in New Hampshire, visit http://nhwg.cap.gov
Veterans and disabled veterans are encouraged to join.
