Armed with a ready-made curriculum, you, along with other talented volunteers, will teach elderly citizens basic smartphone and computer features so they can better connect with friends and family.
What this entails: Students who are tech class leaders will provide an introduction of the class to the volunteers, greet the seniors, kick off the meeting, assign breakout rooms, interview new volunteers during orientation sessions, increase outreach, and manage breakout rooms. Student leaders will be the project managers of the tech class for older adults.
