The Donovan’s Venom is a 501c3 nonprofit organization focused on curating universal accessibility to fine arts and music education for all. We are passionately dedicated to ensuring that everyone, regardless of financial circumstances, has access to high-quality music education, performance opportunities, and fine art. We aim to inspire, empower, and uplift communities by fostering a love for music and the arts through our commitment to education, inclusivity, diversity, and social impact, which drives us to expand our reach continually and enrich the lives of those we serve.

We’re looking for a Community Outreach Coordinator to join our growing team!

What you’ll do:

  • Design, develop, and manage community outreach programs and initiatives that align with the organization's goals and mission
  • Establish and maintain relationships with local community organizations, stakeholders, and key influencers
  • Develop comprehensive plans for community events, including goals, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate all event aspects, from venue selection and vendor management to participant registration and on-site logistics
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, participant demographics, and program outcomes
  • Promote inclusivity and ensure outreach efforts are culturally sensitive and accessible to diverse community groups

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in community outreach, program management, or a related role, with a proven track record of successful program implementation
  • Experience in planning and managing community events, including logistics, stakeholder coordination, and post-event evaluation
  • Experience working with diverse populations and understanding the unique needs and challenges of different community groups
  • Knowledge of community engagement strategies and best practices
  • Possession of excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • ability to develop creative solutions and strategies for community engagement
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse groups

Mission Statement

We strive to make fine art readily available to anyone who wishes to experience it, even when unable to do so financially. The Donovan's Venom, INC. 501(c)(3) produces annual benefit concerts, shows, and performances. These experiences are open for all community members. The Donovan's Venom, INC. 501(c)(3) exercises: artistic, comedic, and musical channels to bring soothing to children hospitals, hospices, shelters for the homeless, nursing homes, and various other entities full of people in need of assuagement. The Donovan's Venom, INC. 501(c)(3) has partnered with The Donovan's Piano Room to host weekly online lessons to students who wish to learn music, music theory, sight-reading, and musical techniques, even when they can't afford to do so.

Caters to no particular individual(s) yet pledges relief to impaired or deprived individuals who are in need of musical,visual, comedic, and-or any alternative forms of liberation-through fine art & entertainment. The Donovan's Venom INC. Gives its resources to individuals who don't have the means or access.
